Elevated Errors in Wistia App
  • Resolved

    The root cause behind the spikes of elevated 500s has been identified and resolved. A recent component upgrade introduced a sporadic load balancing issue which led to brief spikes of elevated error rates. This happened intermittently between 3:20PM EST and 5:30PM EST. Reverting the upgraded component resolved the issue.

Replace Media functionality is down

    We have verified that Replace Media functionality on the Media Page has been restored completely.

    We’re investigating reports regarding our Replace Media feature on the Media Page. When clicking on the Replace Media button, you may see a blank modal with a loading indicator that does not allow you to upload a new media. We’ll post updates as we investigate.
