Billing and payment functionality has been fully restored.

We are continuing to work to restore full functionality to the payments method page. Other billing functionality has been restored.

The Payment Methods page is no longer displaying errors, but it is temporarily not possible to change ACH credit transfer settings.

Users are continuing to receive errors when accessing the Payment Methods page in account settings, and we’re continuing to work on further fixes.

After investigating this incident, it's been determined that importing from YouTube directly to Wistia is not currently possible based on changes beyond our control. Videos downloaded from Youtube will need to be uploaded to Wistia using an alternative upload method while we investigate the viability of restoring this functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have identified the issue and are looking into solutions. We recommend manually uploading videos that have been downloaded from YouTube as a temporary workaround.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. If you experienced issues, please try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page before retrying.
