We're seeing recovery for our Record and Group Record products now as well.

The ongoing AWS outage continues to degrade some of our workflows. Video encoding is delayed. Video Edits, Recordings and Live Stream Events are degraded as a result. We're looking into workarounds.

We are still digging into this incident as it is related to issues with our upstream provider. We are seeing video processing issues across several our of creation tools at this time.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. We have also noticed some issues with videos encoding as well and are working to address that.

We have verified that all upload functionality has been restored completely. Please try again for any uploads that didn't work!

We're seeing some restoration of service with our upstream provider, there's some delay with processing still but getting back to normal operation.

Uploads of new videos are currently stuck, however playback of existing videos is operating normally. Webinars and Group Recordings are working to stream events, but getting stuck at the end of the event trying to process the VOD.

We implemented a fix and any edits to a media can now be saved from the Editor.

We discovered an issue today with a networking change that was made on Sunday (9/28). This change caused us to record the incorrect IP address and IP location (Country, State, etc.) for analytics data between 9/28/2025-10/1/2025. Play counts and other metrics were unaffected.

We are currently investigating this incident and have a lead on a fix.

A fix has been applied and we will rebuild any recordings that failed during the outage.

Functionality has been restored. If you tried to import via url during the outage and it failed, you can retry at this point. Thank you for your patience.

We implemented a fix for the Import from URL feature and are currently monitoring the result.
