    From approximately 4pm ET on 8/22/2022 until 1pm ET on 8/23/2022, some customers experienced upload and encoding errors in the Soapbox product. We have reverted the change that caused the errors and are working on a fix. At this time, we are not seeing any issues with newly created Soapbox videos.
